Opening An Account

How can I open an account?

Click Open a New Account and apply by filling in information. You will receive an authentification mail. Please click the URL written in that mail. Now you can login to your "My Page". If you click "Deposit Procedure", you can deposit to your trading account.

Why don't I receive a notification for the account opening?

After your application, your account is usually opened in few minutes and you should receive an e-mail notifying you for the opening of your account. If you have not received the mail, please check your spam folder.

Is there an age limit to application?

Applicants shall be over 18 and under 80 years old. If your 80th birthday is coming within six month, we will reject your application.

Do you charge account maintenance fee?

No, we do not charge the account maintenance fee.

Documents to be Submitted

What supporting documents do I need to prepare?

Identification document and residence certificate. Please read "Uploading Documents' on Withdrawal Procedure page.

Why do I need to submit my documents?

We operate in accordance with laws and ordinances. Therefore, customers shall provide us with valid identification and a recent (within 3 months) utility bill or statement that confirms the address of the client.

How can I submit my documents?

Please take a picture or scan your identification and residence certificate, and upload the data from My Page.

Deposits and Withdrawals

What payment options do I have to deposit/withdraw money?

We offer a wide range of payment options for deposits/withdrawals: by foreign bank transfer, local bank transfer, multiple credit cards, multiple electronic payment methods, and other payment methods. As soon as your trading account has been validated, log in to My Page, select a payment method of your preference on the Deposits/Withdrawal pages, and follow the instructions given.

Can I withdraw my money whenever I want?

In order to withdraw funds, your trading account must be validated. This means that first you need to upload your identification and your residence certificate.

Once you receive confirmation mail that notifies the validation of your account, you can request the funds withdrawal by logging in to My Page, selecting the Withdrawal tab and sending us a withdrawal request. It is only possible to send your withdrawal back to the original source of deposit. All withdrawals are processed by our Back Office within 24 hours on business days.

Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position?

Yes, you can but you have to have certain amount of your deposit in your account and the surplus margin shall exceed the total amount of all handling fees. Surplus margin can be calculated by subtracting necessary margin from effective margin.

If you do not have enough surplus margin, we will not be able to accept your withdrawal request. In that case, we will ask you to lower the amount of your withdrawal. Credit bonus which was granted to your account will be subtracted at the time of withdrawal.

How long does it take for funds to reach my bank account?

It depends on the country the money is sent to. Standard bank wire within the EU usually takes 5 business days. Bank wires to some countries may take up to 10 business days.

How long does it take to receive my money after I make a withdrawal request?

Your withdrawal request is processed by our back office within 24 hours. Usually payments by bank wire or credit/debit card takes 2 - 5 business days.

Can I transfer funds from my trading account to another person's trading account?

No, you can not. It is forbidden to transfer funds to different person's or any third parties' accounts.

Can I deposit to/withdraw from my family's / relative's account?

As we are a regulated company, we do not accept deposits/withdrawals made by third parties. Your deposit can only be made from your own account, and the withdrawal has to go back to the source where the deposit was made.

Platforms

How can I start my trade?

If you have already opened an account, received login information, submitted your identification document, and deposited the money, please login to My Page and download the platform of your choice.

Am I able to use expert advisor (EA) or auto trader system?

Yes you can. Customers can use EA with all of our trading platforms.

How can I add EA system?

In order to add EA system, you must first start-up MT4 platform, and click on "File" on the navigation menu. Then click "Open Data Folder" from drop-down menu. Click in the order of MQL4, then Experts. EA shall be added in this Expert folder. Paste the EA file (.mq.4 or.ex4) on to the Expert folder. Close the MT4 platform and then reopen it.

If I can not find an access point server at the time of logging into MT4, what shall I do?

After you start MT4, click File on the tool bar, and if you click Application for Demo Account, window for Trading Server will appear. Scroll down the server list and click + sign located at the left of Add New Broker. Type in the name and click scan.

When the scan is completed, click Cancel and close the window. Then click in the order of "File"⇒"Login to trade account", and select the applicable server name listed in the server list. Login again.

Trade

What kind of leverage do you provide?

We provide leverage from 1:1 to 500:1.

How can I calculate the margin?

Calculation is as follows:
detection rate×trading currency unit×trading amount÷leverage=margin

At what percent does the margin call or loss cut activate?

When your margin maintenance rate drops below 50%, we will notify you with a margin call.
When the margin maintenance rate drops below 20%, loss cut will be applied.

What is stop loss?

Stop loss is closing an open position at a price less profitable than the price at the time of setting an order. Stop loss is a limit point that the customers set to their order. Once this limit point is reached, the order will be closed. When you set stop/limit orders, customers should leave certain distances from the current market price. Using stop loss is useful if you want to minimize your losses when the market goes against you. Stop loss points are always set below the current BID price on BUY, or above the current ASK price on SELL.

What is take profit?

Take profit refers to an order that closes a position at a price more profitable for the customers than the price at the time of placing the orders. When the take profit is reached, the order will be closed. When you set stop/limit orders, customers should leave certain distances from the current market price.
Take Profit points are always set below the current ASK price on SELL, or above the current BID price on BUY.

Do you allow scalping?

Yes, we do.

Do you accept cross order?

Yes we do. Customers may cross order a position on one account. Cross orders will be established when both positions of BUY and SELL is opened simultaneously on the same issue. There are no necessary margin for opening two position (BUY and SELL), and also for the same lot amount.

Does slippage occur?

Slippages hardly ever occur if you trade with us. Sometimes, however, especially when important economic news is released, due to a sharp rise/fall in the market price, your order may be filled at a different rate than you requested.

Partnership

How does reward generate?

If the customer introduce us to new clients, and if that client opens an account and make a trade, reward will generate. The amount of reward will depend on the volume of the new client. Further, the reward will continue as long as the client continues to trade with us.

Can you tell me the specific amount of reward?

Payment for reward depends on the activity situation. For more details, please see IB Program.

How can I get my IB reward?

IB rewards will be credited to your partner's account at a set date and time each day.

Change and cancellation

Do I need to upload my documents if my address changes?

When there is a change in your address, please upload the identification with your new address, and your new residency document. Please also notify us by mailing to us.

How can I cancel my account?

Please notify us by e-mail (info@astarprime.com) . Type "Request for Account Cancellation" in the subjet bar, and your name, login ID, and password in the content. It will take approximately 3 business days to cancell your account.
We will discard your submitted identification documents, and erase your information on My Page and trading history; therefore, you should make your own backup for tax issue.

Moreover, please note that you will lose all of your balance and bonus, so we recommend you to withdraw all of your balance before cancellation. We will not withdraw after cancellation.
